Our little bit of Heaven is priceless, but our Tariff is as follows:

Tariff, Reservations & Cancellation Policy:

Our rates are quoted in Australian dollars G.S.T. FREE.

Valid 31st January, 2008 - 31st January 2009

ROOM RATES:

Bed & Breakfast: 1 Day: $160.00 per/double/Suite/per night.

Stay longer: $150.00 per double/Suite/per night.

Including Gourmet Breakfast for 2.

You may request Sole Use - a Surcharge will apply.

 Dinner by arrangement with Complimentary pre-dinner drinks and nibbles: $60.00 per/person. 

Local Hilltops Cool Climate Wines available in our dining room.

BBQ by arrangement: $50.00 per/person OR we are happy for you to  use our Cool Room and do your own!

No Single Supplements.

Please notify us if you would like to play tennis, so that Old Sil can manicure the court.

 Hertz Car Rental available in Young at the Shell Service Station & Cootamundra at Harvey World Travel.

Children by arrangement. Children's room under 12 -  half price.

Professional Registered Kennels & Cattery within 3 kilometres.

CHECK-IN TIME:  After 15.00 hours.

CHECK- OUT TIME:  10.00 hours.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

To guarantee your booking, we request that you supply a credit card number by telephone to secure your room. Please call on

A non-refundable deposit of 20 % will be charged to your credit card.

Final payment is due upon arrival.  The preferred payment option for the balance is Cash or Cheque.

* You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your booked date. 

If your booking is cancelled within 7 days, or you do not arrive, your credit card will be charged the full cost of the booking,
unless re-booked.  If the room is re-booked, there will be only an administration fee of $30.00.

* Bookings may not be shortened or cancelled after arrival.
