Our little bit of Heaven is priceless, but our Tariff is as follows:

Our rates are quoted in Australian dollars G.S.T. FREE.

ROOM RATES:

 Bed & Breakfast: 1 Day: $150.00 per/double Suite/per night.

Seniors' Discount 10%

Including Full  Breakfast for 2.

You may request Soul Use - a Surcharge will apply.

There are good restaurants in Cootamundra, Young and Wombat and there is a microwave in your sitting room, but

If you do not wish to go out for dinner, we will serve you dinner by arrangement with complimentary Pre-Dinner Drinks & Nibbles.  We offer dinner on Sundays when the restaurants are closed.

3 course  $65.00 per/person. 

2 course dinner: $50.00

We are fully licensed.  Local Hilltops Cool Climate Wines & others are available in our dining room.

We are happy for you to  use our Cool Room and do your own BBQ.

No Single Supplements.

 Hertz Car Rental available in Young at the Shell Service Station & Cootamundra at Harvey World Travel.

BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

To guarantee your booking, we request that you supply a credit card number by telephone to secure your booking.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be charged to your credit card.

Payment of deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Final payment is due upon arrival -  The preferred payment option for the balance is Cash or Cheque.

* You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your booked date.  * Your deposit may be transferred to an alternative date.

If your booking is cancelled within 7 days, or you do not arrive, your credit card will be charged the full cost of the booking,
unless re-booked.  In the unlikely event that the room is re-booked, there will be only an administration fee of $50.00.

*All breakages and damage must be paid for and will be charged to your credit card.

* Bookings may not be shortened or cancelled after arrival.
