Please note that payment of the deposit constitutes the client's agreement of our terms and conditions. Please note that if a booking is cancelled or shortened within 14 days of the arrival date, or the person does not arrive, the full cost is charged to the credit card number provided with the booking.  If the deposit has been made by any other means, it is not refundable.
